Megan Moscoso
As a dedicated member of this community, I bring a diverse background and a strong commitment to service to my work on City Council. My experience includes serving almost two years on the Titusville City Council, where I have worked to keep residents’ voices front and center while advocating for transparency, accountability, and responsible decision-making.
Before serving on Council, I was a member of Titusville’s Planning and Zoning Commission, where I supported our city’s Comprehensive Plan and opposed developments that put developer interests ahead of the needs of Titusville residents and future generations. My service has also included serving as a board member of Bethany Christian Services, where I advocated for vulnerable populations and families in need.
My professional background includes work in education and nonprofit management. As a teacher and later in nonprofit service, I worked directly with individuals on the verge of homelessness by providing career coaching, organizing job fairs, and helping operate a food pantry. I am also a former foster mom, an experience that gave me a firsthand understanding of the challenges many children and families face.
I graduated from the University of Central Florida and am currently pursuing my master’s degree in Public Administration at Florida Institute of Technology. I am committed to using my experience, education, and service to represent the interests of all residents and help build a stronger future for Titusville.
